If you have an existing account but have forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it:

  1. Open the app.

  2. Click on “Log in.”

  3. Click on “Forgot Password.”

  4. Enter your email address.

  5. Check your email inbox (sometimes it may be in the spam folder, so check there too).

  6. Click on the link provided in the email from Belly Balance.

  7. Enter your new password on the page that appears (repeat the password).

  8. Return to the app and log in with your email address and new password.

Ensure that you are using the correct email address. If you have forgotten your password, reset it according to the previous instructions.

If you still can’t log in despite having the correct email and password, delete and reinstall the app.

Double-check that the time on your phone is correct; if not, adjust it. The login service does not support logging in from the future. If your clock is running too fast, it may be the reason you can’t log in.

Clear the data and cache in the app.

If it still doesn’t work, contact us, and we will assist you as soon as possible.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so directly in your phone’s settings. Learn more here:

Contact Google/Apple customer service if you are unable to cancel the subscription on your own.

If you want to delete your account, you can contact us at customerservice@bellybalance.co.uk. Please mark your email with the subject ‘delete account.’ We will handle your request as quickly as possible (extended processing times due to holidays). We will inform you when we commence the deletion of your personal information and associated data, excluding the data we are required to retain according to accounting laws.

NOTE! If you have an active subscription, it will not be automatically canceled when you delete your account. The subscription must be canceled separately. Refer to the instructions on how to cancel your subscription under ‘manage subscriptions’ in the app or in this FAQ.

The treatment consists of 11 steps and includes information about the stomach and IBS, the low FODMAP diet and stress management. To make the treatment easy we have tools such as searchable FODMAP lists, FODMAP scanner, recipes, weekly menus, and courses in Belly yoga and mindfulness. You can try the app 7 days for free. 

Well, initially, everyone goes through the same treatment, and afterward, you personalize your diet as you reintroduce various foods into your eating plan.

Sure, you can. Far from all doctors diagnose IBS even if they think it might be IBS. However, we recommend that you have taken a gluten test before starting the treatment. You can do that most easily at the healthcare center.

The FODMAP dietary treatment is evidence-based and helps a whopping 75% of those with IBS. It is currently the most effective method we have and is used in healthcare to treat IBS. By starting with dietary treatment, it quickly becomes apparent if there could be other factors, such as stress, affecting the stomach. You can then address these as step two.

Yes, many people receive an IBS diagnosis later in life after prolonged stomach issues. IBS can occur at any time, for example, during school years, after a stomach infection, or it may be more stress-related. However, it is never too late to do something about it!

Absolutely, FODMAP has been studied with positive results for both Crohn’s disease and Ulcerative Colitis. However, it’s important to understand that FODMAP does not eliminate the underlying cause of the disease but only provides relief from symptoms.
