gluten-free pasta 400 g

bacon 140 g

parmesan cheese 100 g

egg yolks 4

lactose-free cooking cream 100 g

salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Dice the bacon slices and fry them until crispy in a frying pan. Remove and let drain on paper towels.
- Grate the cheese. Mix egg yolks, cream, bacon, cheese and salt in a bowl. Let the pasta drain and put it back in the pot. Pour the cream over the pasta and stir. Grind plenty of black pepper on top.
