															Ingredients for 4 servings
Instructions
- 				
				jasmine rice 4 servings
 - 				
				raw salmon 400 g
 - 				
				japanese soy sauce 3 tbsp
 - 				
				sesame oil 1 tbsp
 - 				
				rice vinegar 2
 - 				
				chili flakes 1 tsp
 - 				
				avocados (if you can handle it) 2
 - 				
				carrots 2
 - 				
				cucumber 1/2
 - 				
				radishes 1 bundle
 - 				
				baby spinach 1 bag
 - 				
				sesame seeds (roasted)
 - 				
				spring onion (finely chopped, green part) 2
 - 				
				coriander 1 handful
 - 				
				lime (sliced) 1
 
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Let it cool.
 - Cut the salmon into cubes.
 - Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and chilli flakes in a bowl. Add the salmon. Stir and let sit for at least 20 minutes.
 - Cut the vegetables into desired shape.
 - Put the rice in a bowl and top with baby spinach, vegetables and salmon. Pour over the marinade that the salmon has been marinated in for extra flavour.
 - Sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds, spring onions and coriander over. Serve with lime wedges.
