Salt 2 ml

Butter 50 g

Milk (lactose-free) 200 ml
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 250°C.
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Crumble butter into the flour mixture. Add milk and stir until a sticky dough forms, it may take a minute for the dough to thicken.

Form out 2 scones or 4 smaller ones on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake in the middle of the oven for 10-12 minutes.
